ATP FA-18 Premium Activated Carbon Cabin Filter Great product at a great price. Activated carbon, which you can't even get cheaper with an OEM cabin filter. It even included instructions on where the old filter is and how to replace it with a new one.

This item was difficult to install. Only because of the location of the air ducts behind the dashboard. You have to drop the glove box to get there, be very careful not to put pressure on the glove box when it's down or it's easy to break the plastic loop on the bottom rear left.

For some reason the interior of every my wife's car smells musty. I think it's her shoes she's leaving there. The problem is that the smell remains even after washing the car. The problem has always been solved by installing a new cabin filter with activated carbon. It's probably the cheapest I can find and it works great.

Florida's cars remind you you're in Florida when you turn on the air conditioning and feel the first burst of heat followed by cool mold/fitting room face. I tried replacing the filter and while it didn't completely go away it did break up significantly going from 10 stinky feet on the face to 2 for example. Worth the money. Be careful when replacing - the Explorer glove box hinges are fragile.

Well, the filter fits perfectly. It was exactly as advertised. The only problem was that I didn't remove the door when I installed it. The YouTube video didn't show it. Reaching for the glove box, I broke the pins holding the door in place. Thank god don't break them hard enough to smash the door. They slide out to reveal the door. Add this step to the video tutorial and the door folds down and you have plenty of room to work. Much luck!

I have a 2010 Ford Taurus Limited and after removing the glove box door it was easy to remove the door to install this replacement cabin air filter. As I don't remember when it was last changed I used a black marker and marked the current date on the front. I also printed a dated Dymo label and put it in the glove box.
