Great tool when paired with other systems like Wrike

I've used it for over six years now, as well as my previous employer's version of this product. It always has a decent amount of features and useful integrations that you'll find yourself using again and again. At SPOKED, we have two main areas that we utilize this software for: 1) Project Management 2) Invoicing. The first is very helpful in tracking our project's progress, both internally and externally. The second is a great way to send out invoices to customers so that we can stay organized

Great software paired well with other tools

The most helpful function is the ability to see the status of tickets and updates. This also allows to see the progress of tickets and updates. The only thing I dislike about this service is the time lag. Sometimes you have to wait a few hours for an update to be updated. This is only an issue with the status function. I have had no issues with the platform itself, just this one function. I highly recommend this to others. I use this service for managing our workflow and ticketing. This has…
