I have an old cordless Dyson, the 'adjustable' attachment didn't fit my Dyson. I ended up gluing the tubing which did the trick. It is difficult for the hose itself to go through the left trap and set a stable direction. I would recommend abandoning this system and going for a more versatile, comfortable set.

My dog ran out of the laundry room because if I didn't squeeze the part that connects to the vacuum hose, he would make this high-pitched squeak. It's like it wasn't screwed into the hose tight enough and there was air there so it makes this horrible annoying noise, apparently a dog can't take it. Otherwise, it works well and hits bottlenecks.

I don't want to shoot a whole star but it makes a very loud high pitched noise. If the noise stops, it's clogged. Simply disassemble the hose, pull it out and get back to cleaning. I clean the lint filter after every drying, but I haven't cleaned the hose for two years. Thank goodness the house didn't burn down because look how much I've collected! It was so easy to use. Fit my Dyson hose that never fits anything. Took maybe 3-5 minutes and now I'm done. Highly recommended!

My friend somehow forgot to clean the lint filter in his dryer for months.
