I like how easy it is to get started with the trial version. The trial period gives you enough time to figure out what you need before going in for full price. The platform has a lot of useful features, such as automated reports, which allow the user to focus on other important things. It sometimes takes a while to get used to the platform, and this makes it difficult to use, especially if you are new to the industry. In addition, the UI could be better organized.
