Large selection of embroidery threads!

Wow! I am very impressed with the quality of this set! What I love most is that I didn't have to wind up all those spools of yarn! The case it came in is great too. I love DMC brand yarn and have been using it for many years. Luckily there are many like me who use it; and people who care about offering a kit! I am currently using my Dorset button weave set and absolutely love how they turned out!

Maybe for beginners in crafts

It can be good quality and value for students or kids. I've included a comparison photo of DMC filament on a thick DMC spool and the lighter filament that came with the kit. The whole thread is more fluffy and the bobbin is thin. The box it came in is also broken in the photo. I have to use a thread and don't have time to change or I would return. The plastic of the box isn't very durable and I'll probably have to look for something else in a few years. But for the time when I can't leave the…

Cheap - the bobbins are connected in groups of six - no notches at the end of the thread

My daughters and I love to weave bracelets, wrap our hair, make various crafts from thread. Bought this set - glad we don't have to turn skeins of yarn into bobbins! But this set has some disadvantages. The coils are connected in groups of 6 pieces. This will help them get back into the slot - if you cut them it will be difficult to fit them all. We also immediately noticed that there are no notches at the top to insert the thread end. so doesn't rotate. I cut my tracks but it's not the same! I
