Works perfectly! to HDMI cable

I've been eyeing a 50ft HDMI fiber optic cable for about two months while waiting for my Optoma HD60. All prices seemed about the same for a 50ft cable. I stumbled across this one at half price and decided to jump on it. And I'm glad I did! It worked great. No shedding like my last 50 feet without fiber. I had no problems with the cable not sending 4k with my Playstation, Directv or 4k Fire TV. I highly recommend!

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Update available

4k HDR full color content on 50ft cable

I was very surprised but it works :D In my case I have 12m distance between PC (gtx 1080ti) and TV (LG oled b8), so it was I am looking for a suitable 15m HDMI cable to bridge that distance and power my 4k TV with HDR 4:4:4 chroma content using the thinnest cable I could find. This cable works just perfect. Stable, flicker-free image from computer to TV, with full color and HDR enabled, at a distance of 50 feet!

Pros
  • Something inside
Cons
  • Nothing

Doesn't work in video cable

I have an ASUS G752 1060 laptop that can do more than 4k@60z output, but this cable doesn't fit. I had trouble getting this stupid 50ft cable to display 30hz on my laptop after trying 60hz. It just flickers over and over again. And before you start scolding me for endings on the wrong side, no. no no You are on the right. Spent over two hours with this stupid cable! I live in far away Alaska so it's hard to get anything. Thanks for nothing!

Pros
  • Much good vibes
Cons
  • No mold required

Doesn't work in 4K even at 30fps

Wouldn't let 4k through to my projector even at 30fps! 1080P is advertised as ok but drops immediately when set to 4k. I wish I could find a cheap 4k HDMI cable that plays 4k at 60 fps! I absolutely cannot recommend this cable! I'll be back. Just FYI I wanted to make sure this cable worked before plugging it into the duct I ran in the ceiling so it was still rolled up in the box going from my Roku Ultimate 4K player to my projector led, and still didn't work.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • There are cons

Perfect when plugged into the correct HDMI port

Didn't work initially, sound and screen flicker intermittently on 4th Gen Apple TV with Sony Bravia XBR800D UHD 4K TV. found the cable plugged into the TV's ARC HDMI port (Chanel's Audio Return) which was intended for arc connectors on soundbars, receivers, etc. for smart TVs. Sony TV does not label this HDMI 3 port as ARC on the TV itself, it is only listed as an Arc port in the settings of the TV connected to the HDMI 1 port and great, no more issues, good clear 4K picture after setting from…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Hard to say
