Definitely a must for basic management in your system, especially now that there are so many sources we get music from and varying streaming quality, many songs have too much bass, others weren't enough, so the system could now be properly tuned, the knob could add or subtract bass as needed.

Well firstly there is good control over the bass level on my lc2i but when pushed all the way down my subwoofer doesn't turn off all the way. It gets low enough not to be overwhelming at low volumes. now something I didn't expect and don't understand how, but it seems to have cleared the bass and now it sounds cleaner and on every level. Maybe I'm trippin but I'm very happy with it. It's just too expensive.

If you have an audio control line out converter, I highly recommend installing one of the subwoofer level remote controls. Different audio inputs have different bass levels. With this remote control you can instantly adjust the subwoofer volume of any audio source and song playing in your car stereo. I installed it on my 2015 BMW M4. It's very well done. I'm 100% happy. I bought this as I bought the unit myself and it works the way you want it to. Although it is quite difficult to assemble. However, I can't say I could offer a better solution as it's difficult to fit a Nob into an aftermarket car and make it look like it's stock. The mount made on this model just didn't work in my 2015 Wrangler. There is no real space for mounting under the dashboard.
