The amplifier is broken.

Amplifier stopped working 5 months after purchase. The protection lamp lights up and the power supply flashes. Very disappointing.

Costs money! in Car Audio

Oh my god this amp is worth every penny. Buy this amp, you won't be disappointed. I also have 2 txxbd412 at 1 ohm. the ground in the ported box trembles

This Is A Beast - Car Audio

I got this bad guy to push my American Bass Elite 1244 and couldn't be happier. Runs for hours, it is barely warm to the touch. Raising the bass to a minimum and setting the gain to 1/4 gives my subwoofer a lot of power. It works fine on 4 gauge wire with no issues at 2 ohms, but I would recommend using 0 gauge if running at 1 ohm. Update: I have the July 2019 amp. There have been no problems with it. It never overheated/shut off or went into protection.

Wouldn't buy again.

Amplifier provides power. However, there are tradeoffs. My amp warmed up quickly, 10 minutes of tuning made the amp very warm to the touch. it's easy to mix up the threads and ruin them forever, i'm 44 and have been doing this since i was 15, i'm not happy with the radiator. it must dissipate heat. If you make such a heatsink, you will need fans to cool the amp. All in all, this is a powerhouse with some serious flaws. I was able to beat my best 750.1 and it never got hot. The audio tube needs…

Drives my 15 " PowerAcoustic BAMF subwoofer in a sealed box.

Drives my 15" PowerAcoustic BAMF subwoofer in a sealed box, connected with a 1/0 cable, this amp exceeded my expectations. 12/06- **UPDATE** I disposed of the 15" subwoofer after a few weeks of use. The amp now feeds a 12" JL W7 into 2 ohms. The W7 can handle up to 1000 watts and the 2 ohm amp puts out around 880 (YouTube has a dynamic video of this amp, very impressive). The Sound Audio Store guy was amazed at the results. They were trying to promote a famous brand amplifier and after watching

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes

1500W Class D Audiopipe Monoblock Amplifier

I've searched a lot for cheap amps for my budget bass build. I wanted a lot of energy but didn't want to spend any money. After several video reviews on YouTube. (including amplifier speakers) I found this amplifier. this is not only very cheap, but also reduces the nominal power. Remember that they use a lot of electricity, so you must have enough power for backup power. I use 2 of these at 1 ohm 13.8V and feed most if not all 3000 RMS (1500 each) into my 4 15" Mofos acoustic amps. These amps…

Extremely good amp for the price (electrical part upgrade)

If your electrical part is done right at 1 ohm then this 1500 watts will work fine at rated power and until you go crazy from gain won't cut it. It can be a bit gluttonous though, so once again make sure you do the 'big three' and at least make sure you have a capacitor (power) rated for a 2000w amp at most. Just buy AGM. Second battery for the trunk. (Make sure it's a sealed AGM battery if you put it in the trunk or cabin of your car) (if it's not a sealed battery it could be deadly). If…

MOFO-124X Power - Automotive and Vehicle Electronics

This amplifier has everything you need to unmistakably punch the daylight out of a variety of subwoofers. Highly recommend upgrading to the big three of at least 4ga OFC and upgrading the generator if possible. The gain, set at about 25% by ear, makes my single 12-inch speaker pound my sedan like an earthquake. Be sure to set the remote bass control to maximum so you can control the volume from the booth. The bass boost frequency setting works fantastic for fine tuning the full range of the…

Budget Amplifier Beast

Amazing Budget Amplifier. I've had a lot of amps, highs and lows, and this thing brings it out. 2 bd2 12" audio tubes in a ported box tuned to their specs at 35Hz. For those saying it's getting hot, I bet they're still running standard current in the car. feeding it I read this and decided to install it before the big three and the extra battery just to see it got hot Installed a big three and a 4d deep cycle 120ah battery and boom No problems so far or Complaints. Just make sure you have the…
