60% Wool 40% Viscose. Imported. Made from 100% Blanket Wool. Length 96 inches and 4 inches wide, Tapes are 32" inch approx. They come in different colors with matching tape like Off White, Black, Navy, Dark Green, Red, Greenish Brown (More towards US Olive Green) and Grey. WWI-inspired costume. Excellent for ankle support.

DO NOT BUY. Smelled like a very musty attic, frayed immediately after washing.

These came in earlier than expected which was nice. Once I unwrapped the plastic the smell hit me. From ten feet away the musty smell was pungent and almost eye-wateringly bad. So I washed them by hand to remove the terrible odor and the excess green dye. I had to hand wash them in gentle soap TWELVE times before most of the excess dye was removed and the smell became tolerable. However, by this time all the unfinished edges began to fray. The odor from the packaging alone was enough to give it

Just like My Great Grandpa's

I Love these, almost like my Great Grandfather's! i would recommend these for filmmaking, reenacting or outdoor clothing.

Next to originals there is no comparison but.

These are fantastic! Not as good as originals (do NOT machine wash (found that out the hard way) But I love these! That's my feedback!

Put on some puttees!

Really enjoy the quality and function of these puttees. I'm using them almost daily in northern Vermont to protect my work pants and lower legs when bicycle commuting. Windproof, warm and they stay put when properly applied. I like the "crossover method". I'll be taking these on my next cold weather backpacking trip for sure.

Loved wearing them.

Warm. Felt great. Comfortable, smelled faintly of oiled metal, but they were clean. I loved wearing them. Great for hiking, keeps the cold out surprisingly well.

I was issued these back in the 70's when I was in the British Army.now I am retired I like to hike.these are excellent ankle support and can be used for 101 other things in an emergency.

Forget about gaiters

Exactly what the description says it is. The color is an interesting mix between dark brown and green. So it usually seems to be brown against a light background, and looks green with a dark background. Pretty cool if you ask me. I have'nt used them much but they are indeed sturdy as heck.10/10 would consider buying

Fantastic replicas for my opinion

They fit and look great. My first time wearing them I had to practice a little to get the fit right but I've got it all sorted now. Quite comfortable actually, maybe we can bring them back into fashion.
