Bought because I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Between biopsy, port placement and eventual surgery, this really helped. I kept one for myself and gave the other to a friend who had just been diagnosed.

Lambskin is amazingly soft and pairs well with lambskin seat covers. The only problem is that there is no way to adjust the wrap and they keep slipping down. I think they needed to close the velcro a little tighter.

I bought this to wear around my neck when I need to wear a bandage for a broken shoulder. The pressure of the bandage on the neck caused additional pain and that made a big difference. It was easy to attach with velcro. If it was necessary to sleep with a sling in an upright position, additional padding was placed behind the neck at night.

This sheepskin seat belt cover is very soft, just what I was looking for. I want it to stay on my shoulder but it's slipping off. It even goes through the seat buckle when I'm not in the car, so I have to fiddle with it every time I get in the car, delaying my departure. The problem is its width. If it was more than the width of the seat belt, I don't think it would slip off as much.

Bought these for added comfort in my main car. With multiple surgical scars and an old broken collarbone, this pillow relieves enough seatbelt pressure to keep me comfortable and my ride safe. Plus, they're just soft and fluffy and feel more comfortable than a seat belt digging into your shoulder/neck/chest. I am planning to buy more for the back seat - upgrade my hostess game at a very reasonable price.

I don't get all the 5 star reviews. There should be TWO seat belt covers. When you attach Velcro to a seat belt, the belt twists because the sheepskin isn't wide enough to attach it. And if you use both sheepskins on a harness, the sleeve will be too wide and the velcro will rub against the neck. Sending back too much trouble. The seller needs to find a manufacturer that cuts sheepskin 8 inches wide, not 6 inches wide. This allows you to use 1" velcro, 1" buckle and 6" sheepskin to cover both…

Both sets were returned because they were narrower than I expected and difficult to attach to the width of the seat belts.
