You are Autometer, what not to love!

Another quality product from Autometer. Makes it a lot easier to read the gauges in my jeep. FYI, on a 2 1/16 gauge, the dash hole should be 2 1/8 minutes long. so that the dial gauge is set correctly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No car

Worked to do exactly what I needed.

I wanted about half an inch of space behind my sensor and they worked great to do what I was looking for. They needed a little modification to match the sensor spacing I had on the pod, but I can't complain for what I paid for them. I'll upload photos later.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Corner rings are a good thing.

I'm very glad I found these Auto Gauge Angle Rings otherwise it would have been too expensive to make them in an independent shop. Only thing is metal clips are cheap (easy to bend) but rings are good durable plastic. Also, I wish they came with a standard set of 4 as I need to install oil pressure, water temp, fuel and voltage gauges. Please also make measuring rings 3 3/8" and offer them in pairs. (I have a rev counter and a speedometer that I would also like to angle on the dashboard.)

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Fits

Nice upgrade for viewing sensors at an angle.

I'm working on my first custom dashboard project on an old truck, kind of a cheap fun project to use some stuff I had from other projects. The sensors were supposed to be flush mounted, but the viewing angle just wasn't very good. We looked at the rotation of the sensors, but it still left a lot to be desired. After a bit of searching I found them online and then got the best price and shipping with Prime. After installing it, I'm very happy with the look and the subtle touch of style they…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Got some nuances

PERFECT FOR 2-1/16 " SENSORS

My convertible has an Auto Meter Ultra-Lite II Boost sensor. I wanted the matching Auto Meter Ultra-Lite II clock (part # 4985).The problem was that the surface the clock was hanging on was quite angular and curved.I looked at several solutions and settled on a set of Auto Meter Angle Rings P/N 2234. To do this job , I used a very thin wheel on a small bench grinder to curve the back of the ring.Through trial and error I finally got the curve right.I also repainted the ring with dark gray paint

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Some cons
