The included Type K thermocouple assures maximum accuracy and minimum response time. Auto Meter’s race proven digital stepper motor electric instruments provide unmatched accuracy which is further increased by utilizing a self calibration sequence during power up. Gauge kit includes Type-K Thermocouple, wiring harness, thermocouple mounting kit, mounting hardware, and detailed instructions for installation. 12 and 16 volt compatible, compatible with nearly every street car or race car electrical system.

Great Pyrometer for Monitoring Exhaust Temperatures

This pyrometer is a must-have for anyone who wants to keep a close eye on the temperature of their automotive exhaust. After I put it to the test I was impressed with its accuracy and easy-to-read display... The installation process was also straightforward and didnt give me any trouble. The pros of this pyrometer are its accurate temperature readings and easy-to-read display. The only slight downside is the price, but considering its quality, it's worth the investment. Defective thermocouple. Autometer says contact seller, Revain says too late to return

Came to me with a defective thermocouple. I've been collecting parts for a replacement turbine for a few weeks. Pyrometer not working, new out of the box and I have no return window for Revain. The gauge says to contact the seller. I am SOL and now need to buy a new thermocouple to replace a broken new thermocouple that never worked.
