If you're not patient, spend the extra cash on a Mopar sensor.

It will probably take two or three tries before you get the correct working version. The first one I got made the truck shift worse than before, the second lasted a few months and then the problem returned. The third works great. Luckily, Revain lets you change them until you're happy, as long as it's within the return window.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Zero

Almost blew up my computer!

Got this for my truck after he coded it. I'm a mechanic and have been doing this for over 20 years. So I installed this and it messed up my truck, it was generating 29 error codes! I spend weeks looking somewhere for what I thought was a broken cable! I couldn't imagine if I wasn't a mechanic how much it would cost to understand that this is a bad sensor! I was about to switch PKM.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Only available in black

A bad sensor and a good sensor. Stick to mopar products

I have two identical trucks. I bought one for my first truck because my original sensor was bad and it worked great. The sensor on the second truck was leaking and I figured it was only a matter of time before it failed, so I bought a second sensor. The second sensor that arrived looked ok but didn't work at all! So I put the original leaking sensor back in and I can still drive with no shift/gear lag.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Easy Fix for Dodge Ram Hemi

One morning out of nowhere my truck started acting strange. In fact, I started it, put it on the drive and the transfer didn't come out of the second. He's stuck in "limping" mode. It then displayed OBDII codes P0732, P0733, P0869. After a bit of research and a recommendation from a local mechanic who said this is a common problem and usually lasts between 80k and 90k miles, I decided to buy this and give it a try. At the same time, it is relatively cheap compared to a workshop that carries out

Pros
  • GOLS Certificate
Cons
  • Compatibility
