It's super responsive and user friendly interface really helps you get things done faster

The best thing about this system is its ability for customization as well as easy access through our website from anywhere in world with internet connection! I hate nothing so far but maybe lack of features like call recording functionality or better IVR management would be great addition (but i think it will not happen).
