This product doesn't wash shadows off my brushes even after 3-4 passes. Big brushes also start to spread water everywhere. Also, as it dries, the bristles of the brush smooth out like a wrinkled brush. I probably won't use it to clean my brushes, just rinse and dry.

I used it as soon as I got it but it was difficult to remove the brushes after I cleaned them. You should choose a sleeve that's tight enough so that it doesn't fall off while you're twisting. However, it is so tight that trying to take it off feels like breaking my wrist. It's also good for removing superficial makeup residue like blush or eye shadow, but with my foundation brush, I do it best by hand to make sure I get deep into the bristles. Cheap production, the lid doesn't stay on the container properly. Color and size are excellent, fits easily into a medium drawer. It's ok, but it's not what I expected.

Bought to clean my makeup brushes and it cleans well when it's a powder product on the brushes but when it comes to a liquid product (like liquid foundation), it takes a few times to wash the product off the brushes (in some places you can still see that there is still liquid base on the brushes). You may have to try a few more times to see which method works.

Let me tell you why I bought this product. great, they have sleeves that fit my brushes too. And they dry great so I can reshape them and put them away instead of waiting for them to dry.
