I like that it makes tracking changes very easy to do so you don't have loose documents in different places or forget what was done when. It also helps streamline our process by showing us where we should be looking for needed information if something needs adjusting at any time during production of an item whether its paperwork or physical parts used with products being produced. I like how easy it was to use for my team of 4 people in our department! The ease at which we were able to navigate through all features made this program very user friendly as well. It's also great because when you have multiple users using different computers/devices they can still access each other files seamlessly without having to worry about syncing or anything else with their workstation. I like how easy it was to use for my team! The reports are very helpful in seeing where we need improvements or if there's anything wrong with our processes/policies etc.. It gives me peace of mind knowing all aspects have been considered when making changes within an organization (such as new hires).
