I like how easy it was to use for my team! The reports are very helpful in seeing where we need improvements or if there's anything wrong with our processes/policies etc.. It gives me peace of mind knowing all aspects have been considered when making changes within an organization (such as new hires). Sometimes you can't see something right away but once its added into your system later down time comes around so be sure everything has ben put throught proper consideration before implementing any process enhancements at work place level!!
