its only downside is the ridiculous amount of tones. its nice and loud, works in any kentucky weather, and when the batteries start to die it only looses the length of the bell. the only thing that my staff can agree on is dumb things like goats, dogs, and the titanic theme.

The star ratings do not count as I do not use this for a doorbell, but rather as a corgi finder. When I was in Seattle for work, I took my dogs to the dog beach in Edmonds. Problem? There were tri colored corgis galore! Which one was Latte? I could not tell. So, I bought one of these and attached the receiver to her harness and kept the transmitter. I live in a manufactured home for the last 15 years. Have e never had a doorbell. If I am in the other end of the house I can't hear anyone knock. This doorbell is so easy to install even a kid could do it. and it has 52 different sounds. I change it about twice a week just to hear something different. Love it.

It is a great cost effective and relatively hassle free doorbell! The button was easy as peel and stick, while the receiver was two screws and done. The sound selection is pretty good, from basic to some funny noises. Would definitely buy again.

This is a reasonable and easy way to replace your doorbell. It uses common batteries so it's inexpensive to keep it making noise. It's small, so you can tuck it away out of sight. One downside is: there isn't a list of the sounds this makes. Therefore you have to toggle through all the sounds to find what you like. All in all good value for a reasonable price.

Super quick to install. Works beautifully! Plenty loud (or soft if you wish) and easy to change chimes or loudness. Love it! Literally up and working in less than 10 minutes.

Easy to set up and variety choices of sounds. Husband goes to community room in apartment building (about 4 apartments away) it works great. Also uses it when he wants to get out of bed. Sound is not to loud and annoying.

It is as loud as the existing mechanical chime (which gets very little use because its doorbell button is too far from the door). To install the doorbell button, I taped a magnetic sheet at the back and placed it on our front metal door. Very solid, not flimsy. No issues connecting with the chime despite the metal door, although there is a 1 second lag (but a LED light activates when the button is pressed, so it helps to assure that the doorbell is working). I lived many years without a doorbell. My home is over 100 yrs old. I had a very important visitor the next morning after installing. I wouldn't have heard them knocking, so the timing was perfect. Every time I come in the door and see my transmitter, I smile. The selection of ring tones is great. I can't believe I went nearly 14 years without a doorbell. I'm 65 and had no problems installing it. Great product.
