Well done, I polished the spokes on a motorcycle. Did what was asked but wore out quickly. I would rather have more pads and fewer waves. I've found that they work better and last longer if you don't run them at high speed, but sometimes you need that extra speed. Overall I think I would go to them again if I needed them.

A small, flat shape works well. The conical shape works, but is often too hard and abrasive for my needs. The big flat shape doesn't work at all. The hole in the center for the metal part is too big so the disk will fly off somewhere when it is detached from the Dremel. Or just swing at the end of the dremel instead of rotating like it should.

That's not what you get with a Dremmel. These are quite hard and very brittle, and the fibers are snapped for everything. The ones you get with a Dremmel machine are way better! Trust me, save your money and just pay a little more for better quality. They almost ruined some of the things I've used it on because they're like stone or most of them and the material it's made of is pretty damn cheap and you're going to breathe in a bunch of fibers because it's everything ruined.
