This product is listed as new. I have been installing phone systems for over 20 years and have been very disappointed in this purchase of phones which have been used cosmetically at best. The boxes are not sealed. All Avaya phones are sealed in boxes with labels.

These are old model 700469869 phones that were discontinued in 2014. to the phones flying off the tables. The rims are 2019-2020 which is not possible due to the text printed on the bezels. The green label also covers, it's not clear. No valid serial number and all typical floor labels are missing. I don't think they are fake but refurbished.
