Missing Pumps for Shampoo and Conditioner Sets

I love Aveda products. However, when the products were received, the bottles were opened just enough to damage the box they were shipped in (although they were also wrapped in plastic) and the pumps were missing. The only option I had was to return the items and then change the order, which is not only cumbersome but ridiculous after a two week wait.

Shipping EXPLOSION (beautiful product)

I really love this shampoo and conditioner but the bottles in the box have exploded and 1/3 of the product is gone. It's not worth creating chaos and gathering to return to this moment. I would like to request a replacement but there is no option to just return it which is very disappointing.

I have been using Aveda for many years.

I have been using Aveda for many years. There are no chemicals and my color never fades. It's a bit pricey, but it lasts a very long time because you only need one product.

A powerful scent you love or hate

Not sure what you mean by messages only? I love the smell and this was a good price for the product. The great thing about Aveda is that with regular use, it normalizes both oily and dry hair.
