This is clearly a lightweight decor only quality prop. For the price- you expect that. However, given the very mixed reviews I ordered two, so I could compare them. One is OK. The other is missing a metal brad (broken off) and the wood had a serious gouge (pre staining) that ruins the look. See the pics for yourself and decide accordingly. There is no guarantee which you’ll get. If you’re willing to take the chance you get a decent one, it’s a fun cheap piece.

Used different rivets at the center hub, much like everyone else says the painted stripe quality is subpar at best. But here's the thing, at about 20ish bucks, it would be foolish to think you'd get much better. It is still real wood (albeit pine) and 4 feet tall. If you are looking for more than just something to fill a corner or fill a wall space, then you should be prepared to drop a lot more cash.

I ordered this to replace a windmill propeller that spun off an elaborate weathervane due to high winds. I knew it was just for decoration, so I reinforced it with some long bolts that attach behind the props into the hub. Then I filled the hub with cement and bonded some nuts into it that I used to attach to the weathervane. Exceeded expectations! We decided to update our sons bedroom from all the baby decor and make it a room he could grow into. This was the perfect piece above his dresser. The only issue I have is that I wish the hole on the back for hanging was centered, and had spots on the tips of the propeller, as you can not hang is vertically as is. We ended up hanging horizontal anyways so it didn’t matter in the long run.

I had been eyeing this product for a while. Finally ordered it when I saw it had a price drop and was prime eligible. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a eye catching conversation piece, but looks like something a high school kid could of done in wood shop class. It only has 1 center piece on the back for a nail. This causes it to "spin” on your wall. So I had to add an additional eyelet so it stayed in place. Over all satisfied.

This is fun. If you are looking for a fun piece that is very affordable ,,, this is it. It looks like someone took sandpaper to most of this to make it look vintage. Then they added "rivets" around the center hole. OOPS! The hanger on the back is off a little bit and the screws that hold that on the wood stick out from the wood. If you're expecting to get an authentic looking prop for 20 bucks you're dreaming. Obviously it has flaws and does not look authentic up close, but it was only 20 bucks! Realistic replicas are usually over 200 bucks!

This is a nice decoration but poorly constructed. My blades are noticeably crooked.The price is right but, you often get what you pay for.

I loved the product. It is very light. The size is misleading on thr picture though. It is small in size but still a great product. I give it a 4.25 out of 5

I wasn't expecting much for the price, but what I got is even crappier than anticipated. Very cheaply made. I haven't even hung it on the wall yet and it's cracked and a small piece of wood has chipped off.

It arrived with a large dent in the propeller which caused the side of it to crack open all the way down to the center. The paint is now chipping off in that area. If it weren’t for the damage, I’d give it 5 stars.

Cute wall decor for my son’s room. Came slightly warped, but not bad enough to send back. Not realistic in anyway, but no one should be expecting a realistic propeller for this price!

It isn’t expensive and I had read prior reviews so I knew what to expect. It came with dings and dents and not painted well however I kind of liked that so to me it was fine. I gave it to my boyfriend who is a pilot and he kind of liked the beat up look as well. If they would market this as a propeller that looks homemade and rustic they would be fine.

Packaged well. Had to order a replacement because the first one had some paint drips and some knarly wood knots. Satisfied with the replacement.I hung it with a picture hanger hook. otherwise it’s lopsided with a nail.

I am kind of disappointed. Propeller is not as hefty as I had hoped, not sure if it was worth the money. I had to hang it high on the wall so that no one will notice all of the imperfections.

I usually don’t complain but this was made poorly. I’m hanging this high on the wall and hoping no one will notice the poor quality.
