Very good implementation and great experience to use

I like how easy it was for me, as an employee of our organization with no computer technical knowledge at all! It took minutes until i got everything set up correctly (i had some help from my co-worker) - so there's nothing negative about this product in regards tot he ease or time needed during setup process; only positive things can be said here are:- Easy access via web browser.- Simple design & user friendly interface makes setting options very simple even when you have never used such…

  • Very intuitive to navigate once installed..like most other products outthere that require internet connection,.Easy ability update billing information directly into database instead manually entering every single bill number one record individually..this is something else than manual entry where users need lots their patience too make them do repetitive task everyday...easy way just click button enter invoice numbers then press submit option...simple yet effective procedure

Pleasant experience setting new software that will improve efficiency at work

I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my city's department, to be able to use this system instead of having multiple spreadsheets or other programs in order to keep track of our monthly bills! It would have been nice if there were more features available (such as being able to see what customers are due when), but all things considered, we've had no issues with this program so far. If you're looking into using something similar, make sure your IT team can help set up everything…

Very user friendly and great Customer Service

I like how easy it can be for multiple users, such as myself or my husband, to access the system at any time without having to log in again each time. There are many features available that make this program useful. The customer service from Avitar has been excellent! It would be nice if there was an option to print out invoices/bills with dates listed instead of just numbers. This allows us to see exactly when we received bills so we don't have to wait until they arrive by mail before seeing…
