I think it will be suitable for small children. But the seat moves and too much weight pushes it right into the tire. Doh! My new bike has an eyelet that hooks into the seat post. I left the 20" MuGuang bike stem on it and just tightened it up. Although a cheap tire and tube) they were replaced

I gave this book 2 stars because my son was over the moon to open it on Christmas morning. Unfortunately we have problems with the seat. Doesn't stay at the right height. Every time we load it, it falls down and then the wheels stop turning. I'll try to get it to a bike shop. Or have to think about how to return.

Decent design for a thing made in China. Came with all tools for assembly. Pretty easy assembly. My son was delighted with it for his birthday. Took a while, but he drives it around the house. It helps to hold on to something when first learning. I still can't. Requires good balance and determination. My son loves it and he loves it!

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter. It's the right size for her and she learned to ride really fast, but as others have said the seat doesn't stay in place. It slides from side to side and sometimes down. The pedals also unscrew on their own and are difficult to reattach. I have a message for the company, but I may need to return it.
