The hole at the top is the wrong size. It blocks the volume and mute function. I think I could cut it a bit with a knife. Must be tested before sale

The top covers too much of the sensor making the bottom unresponsive. The seller contacted and offered a refund/replacement to resolve the issue. Something needs to be cut for the sensor.

As mentioned in the reviews. without modifications and destroying the chances of a return. You will need to cut off part of the rubber to reveal the IR sensor. The volume and mute buttons do not work. i will take my money back

The remote control case is of good quality and looks good. However, the front hole is not big enough and blocks the HDMI-CEC signal used for volume control. I had to cut the case myself to be able to control the TV's volume with the remote control.

IR volume control disabled. This is easily fixed by cropping. However, it also requires a cut to remove the Siri voice button cover. The regular button cover that is part of the silicone case sometimes accidentally presses the button when you grab the remote. Cutting out this section so that the knob is recessed fixes this issue.

The silicone case definitely protects the remote but the design needs some work. The cover is easy to install and will definitely protect the remote control. The two bugs I had was the remote sensor was completely covered so it didn't work until I cut out the part of the cover that's blocking the sensor on top of the remote and the second bug has to do with the solid black remote control cover controls, making it difficult to see.
