Great experience and professional customer service

I think the biggest issue with axcom is they're lacklustre, lazy employees who don't do their job in an effective way. If you want to be successful at PR as a company make sure your team are committed to producing quality output to clients. They are often slow to implement ideas. The biggest problem this has caused me personally is waiting to put our proposals into action. Strong business partner and good technical support

I have worked with axicon as an account rep in their San Francisco office, so this is my personal experience working there! They are very professional; they always come through when you need them to do something that needs attention from headquarters (or even if it’s just one question). The only thing i don't like about our relationship was how difficult we had at times getting credit card info over email or phone calls - not sure why but maybe because im used more often having access via…

Axicom - Awesome People and Amazing Service

I like that they are very knowledgeable, responsive to client needs/concerns & provide great value in terms or their services! They're always looking out for what is best for us as clients - not just doing things because it makes them look good internally. We've been working with AXICOM since we started our agency about 5 years ago now (and have used other PR agencies before). It has definitely become one of my favorite relationships over time- so far there hasn't really ever even come close to

  • Their expertise when drafting proposals / pitches; along w/@media relations efforts including handling various scenarios across different industries..etc.I think this speaks volumes considering how much effort goes into each pitch submitted by any given account manager during these processes...it's often hard enough getting management buyin' but then making sure everything gets executed correctly takes some serious planning..AXC does an excellent job executing campaigns within budgetary restraints while providing creative
