This is a very excellent cutting board. I put it in my kitchen and use it every day! It's also easy to use. The outer carton is well packed. By the way, the cutting board is not heavy. Even girls can hold it. I use it to cut vegetables, fruit and even meat (sanitize after use). No mark appears after use. The quality of the wood is perfect as I never smell any odor from the cutting board. I will buy for my parents too! I recommend it!

This product was good and came in nice packaging. But the first one looked like it had saw marks on it and it didn't feel smooth, it felt like sand and the smell of what it was treated with was so strong it literally made it vomit. I changed it hoping the replacement would be better. But no, there wasn't, the second one had nicks on the tree in various places, unfortunately I had to send it back for a refund. The wood on this cutting board is just great. The color is deep and rich. After using the board a few times the wood started to lift and felt rough. After reading many other reviews from other companies, I found this to be a common problem. I kept smearing it with mineral oil and then read an article from a carpenter that said to put a damp cloth on the board and let it sit for a few minutes to lift the wood and then I sanded it down with very fine sandpaper sanded down. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT The cutting board is nice but horribly warped on both sides. Nowhere does it fit flush with the counter. I can no longer use this very expensive cutting board. I hand wash and dry it lightly immediately after use as I would any other cutting board and no other board has warped as badly as this one. I have sent a message to the sellers.
