I am very disappointed in the design and durability of this product. I just received it on Tuesday and everything is fine until Friday. The collar's design creates a sliding loop that hangs down so the pup can chew on it while it's on the neck! I can't even return this product or ask for a refund at the moment! Very disappointed with the durability of this collar.

My puppy has been growing for a long time but I like it! This is a soft, durable material, bright colors! The leash is also durable and has stood up to her training! Such a great purchase at such a price! I bought her a medium because I knew she needed to grow into it. For reference, she started fitting in at around 22 pounds! Will definitely be ordering more once she gets through this.

Although the leash in the collar is a bit slippery when sizing for the dog's neck, the clasp is much better than the one I've bought from another pet store. The clasp on the leash is also strong. The leash was pretty long. I wasn't sure if it was a bug, but I definitely needed it. The banana design is very cute but gets dirty quicker than their other leashes. Too early to test strength. Other than the collar slipping, it works great overall for us!
