Very disappointed in product. It is just weird. Does not have the consistency of a hair conditioner. looks, smells like runny yogurt. Did not do anything notable to my hair. I hate it! But wont bother to return. Could the manufacturer fix this so that it resembles a hair product? WEIRD.

This is very thin therefore I had to use more. It didn't leave my daughters hair soft, nor did it help with tangles. May not work well with other styling products..

We have been using this product for years. We just opened a new tube with the "new look". It now smells terrible - like a rose scented perfume my great aunt would wear (not something I'm looking for in a child's conditioner). I miss the sweet fruity smell of the original product. We may need to find a new brand of hair product for our daughter. Why did they change this originally great product?

Thus is the second tube my daughter used up. We tried many different conditioners to smooth the hair stressed by swimming pool water. This is the one that really detangle my daughter’s hair.

We used to have such battles brushing out tangles. This whole Babo Botanicals line is amazing and brushing hair doesn't hurt anymore!

I bought this conditioner for my children and it has been wonderful for clearing tangles and making for an easier hair brushing experience.

I do like the effect of the conditioner. It does condition the hair well enough. I just don't like the smell and it's too strong. It isn't a nice and fresh natural aroma, it's sweet/fruity one which is a bit overpowering for me. It must be a specific botanical ingredient since I acording to the ingredients list the product doesn't contain perfum fragrance. That said, I will (and have) purchase again.

Smells sooo good, like roses. And it really detangled her hair, but it doesn’t do much for her frizz and tangles in the morning.

This is not the usual product I order all the time. It is a thick consistency and has a cheap perfume scent instead of the usual berry scent. I disliked the scent so much I had to rewash my daughter's hair because I couldn't stand the disgusting smell. Seems as though another product had been put into the this bottle. This is the best natural conditioner we've found for my 4 year old daughter's hair where everyday is a fight to brush it. Putting this in after a wash and running a brush through it in the bath is simple. It smells wonderful--like berries but not sickeningly sweet. We love this conditioner and the entire Babo line. It helps keep my daughters tangle prone hair soft and manageable. We really like that all their products are made in the USA.

Use this on my daughters long hair. No need for additional detangler spray. Love that it has an awesome EWG rating as well.

I have tried several natural hair products, and this one is gentle and leaves my hair actually smelling good! wow! i use it with the leave in conditioner and am very happy with the product. Im 27.

I used this conditioner with the shampoo it goes with and I thought it worked well. I liked the smell of the conditioner better than the smell of the shampoo. It really moisturized my daughter's hair, but did not make it greasy. I think it works better if you get as much water off of the hair before you add in the conditioner. I shake my daughter's hair out and dry it a bit with a towel before adding in the conditioner. Then I let it sit on her hair for a bit before rinsing it out.

This product is just okay. I’ve used better. The packaging was REALLy appealing and lured me into giving this a try. I will continue to use my tried and true Nexus Step 2 Humectress Replenishing System Conditioner with Caviar Complex Concentration Protein. The lusciousness doesn’t compare! Pricey but worth it. I will NEVER buy Babi Botanicals Smoothing Conditioner Again. Thanks But No Thanks. It’s not awful, but once you’ve had better, why go backwards.
