T-shaped tent in tents

Well I'm telling you it's worth it, keeps you cool during the day. Very spacious for two with a 7ft crib, I'm 5ft 10" and can stand to get dressed. Get caught in heavy rain, no problem. The next day was very windy. No problem.

  • Not everything fits

Good ventilation for outdoor recreation

I like the ventilation configuration in this tent. It has 3 lower vents protected by an awning so it doesn't matter which way the wind blows. Ventilation is my first concern with any single wall tent and this solves that problem nicely. Setup isn't quick, but it's easy to figure out. Instructions are included with the bag if required. The windows give a lot of light. I like what I've seen so far, but haven't tested it in good rain yet.

Almost perfect in tents

I liked it a lot when I used it for the first time. It rained every day for 3 days and not a single drop got in. Although I added the impregnation myself just to be sure. I can see condensation will be an issue, although I didn't have it on my first ride. The only thing I don't like is that the door doesn't open very far. As a tall guy (6'5") you should almost be able to get in. Luckily I'm fit and mobile for a 55 year old so it wasn't a problem but I can see where that could be for me Overall…

Serviceable. Not for every camping occasion.

I ordered this tent for a hike in the Red River Gorge in early October. It was *pretty* easy to put together (although I did need someone else's help). It took about 15 minutes to get everything in order. Inside the tent is quite spacious, there is more than enough room for two. If you were under 5ft 5in, you could probably stand fully erect. However, the central pillar makes it difficult to spread. The temperature dropped to around 38 degrees at night and it was warmer inside the tent than…

Slightly disappointing

This might be good for weekend camping but I don't use a tent for that. I work on wildfires and my tent is my home for weeks, so to be honest my standards for a tent are pretty high. I originally ordered this tent because it looked like it had enough room to stand up, and it did. However, the door is quite low and narrow - you need to be a hobbit or a yoga teacher to get through. As I tried to get out, my foot caught the bottom of the door and one of the peg loops came loose from the tent…
