I liked everything, I would like the fermentation basket to be bigger, but for such a price I can't ask for more. If you disassembled each item you would be spending a lot more so I think that's excellent value for money.

Loved this set! I bought this as a bachelorette party gift for a friend who bakes a lot and she loved it! Also, it looked very cute when she opened it in front of everyone, everyone was jealous and wanted the same for themselves! It's really high quality and gives you everything you need to start making bread!

Love the set, the banneton basket is perfect. I've used others but this one rises my bread better and also gives it a nice pattern on the outside if you don't use a linen lining. My only suggestion would be to add a pouch or some sort of case to store the cutting tool as it is very sharp.

Got this for my mum who is becoming a professional bread baker during Covid. She is happy with the product but recently I found out that the packaging is missing a record. This seems to be a common problem with the product. Not a big deal as the other items are high quality but I don't like the fact that I paid for an incomplete set. Not cool.

This set is great. I've ordered several different sets to see which one I like the best (and which one ships the fastest). This set is excellent quality and fun. I bake more often because the set has everything and is easy to clean. Most importantly, every item in the set is of excellent quality. I can't stress enough. It would be nice if there were two Banetton bowls in the set. The set is great. !

Really not thrilled. The bowl/bench scraper appears to be high quality (the bowl scraper is silicone wrapped and the bench scraper is laser etched) but the rattan sucks. Tons of fragments, many of which are inside. Couch made of inferior linen with pronounced seams. Too bad I ordered everything separately and paid in the $30-$40 range for a banneton to get a smooth reed. Maybe one day I'll get better - it's generally worth having your first Banneton with all the other gear.

Received this as a Mother's Day gift and was so excited to get some new tools for my current bread baking hobby. I've been considering banneton baskets as a separate item but haven't decided to purchase them yet. I'm so glad I waited. All items in the set are useful and of high quality. I've made my best bread with these tools. For lame you need razor blades, but you can also easily order them from Revain. My only feedback is to offer instructions on how to clean items.

I was so excited that this kit was delivered. I just started baking bread and it has given me everything I really need to get started. I am very satisfied with all products. The only minor complaints would be that the sofa was smaller than expected and there were sections inside the banneton where it was splitting so I had to go in and make a few cuts to smooth it out. Everything else works wonderfully. I have used this with great pleasure. I would recommend to anyone who wants to start baking.
