Superb pans in bakeware

Good old stainless steel pans. You can't go wrong. Cooking is a lot easier and durable cookware will last a lifetime. These are large pots that will fit a lot of grandkids' cookies! This is a bonus.

Durable stainless steel, easy to clean

I love these pans. I was trying to get away from aluminum and found these. These are large pans, but they're perfect for when we're grilling. They are also very easy to clean. My husband loves them too!

Great big pans! Suitable for baking and biscuit trays

Very nice trays. 4 stars only for sometimes deforming a little when left in a hot oven for more than 15 minutes. It didn't affect what I made (cookies, roasted veggies) but I suppose it might affect the level of the cake or something if that's what you want it for.

Large capacity and reduced leakage

I use these baking sheets for baking tomato paste and other large scale projects that require a baking pan. Glossy too beautiful. Baked tomato paste is immediately removed with a non-metallic brush. Nice high sides keep liquids inside, saving time cleaning the oven. You may need to buy more in smaller sizes for the toaster!

Terrible quality Buyers beware

I don't usually write reviews but these pans had to. I bake a lot (6-8 hours a day), needed a few more pans and bought these based on the reviews, WRONG, WRONG. The first time I put them in the oven (350 degrees) and after 2 minutes (probably) I heard this loud pop from the oven, opened it and saw that the pans were deformed. I sent them back. I would not recommend these pans if you don't mind baking on uneven pans. Much luck.

Stainless steel is best for baking

I have been using stainless steel pans and pans for many years. The ones I used were custom made and loaned to me for years to come. When I stopped using them, I looked for new ones. I couldn't find them in regular stores. I like them a lot because stainless steel is the best material for baking. It's easy to clean with a sponge and won't overcook the bottom of the biscuits. Aluminum is good too, but not as strong and I don't think it's really as good as SS. The only thing I don't really careโ€ฆ
