
I have been using stainless steel pans and pans for many years. The ones I used were custom made and loaned to me for years to come. When I stopped using them, I looked for new ones. I couldn't find them in regular stores. I like them a lot because stainless steel is the best material for baking. It's easy to clean with a sponge and won't overcook the bottom of the biscuits. Aluminum is good too, but not as strong and I don't think it's really as good as SS. The only thing I don't really care about about these kitchen towels is their size. They're really too big to properly distribute heat around the sheet to the top of the cookie, and those on the edges tend to cook more than those in the center. Although if I had a bigger oven it would be fine.
