Received this from an Amazon store deal. Came in great shape and works as advertised! Much sturdier than two pieces of wood or special wheel chocks I've used before. I like how it locks on either side of the tire and once tightened cannot be loosened by trailer rocking or other normal movement. I also expect it to be smaller and easier to pack compared to two triangular wedges, and I suspect it will be harder to "remove" or "steal" once tightened! Combined with a BAL leveling on the low side…

Hands down is the best shot!

When we first started using our trailer we foolishly bought a set of bright yellow plastic Camco wedges. They turn out to be more slippery than snot on gravel, and we had two very scary incidents where our trailer slipped. I threw them away and bought this wheel chock along with a set of small rubber chocks. Especially with this one, the trailer doesn't move at all. We are on a camping holiday and the caravan next to us has slipped. Of course they used fucking yellow Camco pads. I showed them…

Very happy with the performance of the reversible wheel crayons

I'm new to camping with pop ups so I learned many, many lessons on my first few hikes. Learning to do this type of wheel chalk has been a blessing. This wheel chalk is very effective in providing stability and security by hugging both sides of the tire. After wrapping both sides of the tire I'm comfortable with this wheel chalk as I want to make sure the camper doesn't move forward or backward. Both sides are protected. It is so easy to use that my 11 year old son installed it quickly and…

    Great device! NECESSARY!

Essential for trailer owners. If you own a tent or caravan, you know that even if your wheel chocks are perfectly in place as you walk in the trailer, you're still moving. Most stabilizer jacks are not designed to carry much weight, so generally don't trim them. I figured it was just something to deal with until I stumbled upon it. It's ridiculously easy to set up and I'm really working on getting your hoop in place. I noticed a difference in day and night traffic as I walked into my trailer…

Disappointed with the quality of the product

This product has a great design but the product I received had poor quality control which affected its use. The threads of one of the threaded studs are stuck in the weld slag threads at several points, making threading difficult. Attempts to clean the slag did not work as it had melted into the threads. Also, one of the threaded bolts was not properly welded to the center square, causing it to wobble when screwing in and out. difficult to tension properly due to this movement. As it rotates…

    Over my husband's dead body

Well, not really. But I definitely wouldn't buy it. I bought this along with a BAL grader to use with our extendable trailer for my husband for Father's Day. As an old-fashioned guy who LOVES to settle for things like chunks of wood, he wasn't visibly impressed or pleased with the gift and gave me a grumpy little lecture about not having to "buy more pop-up gadgets without asking me first." ." "I wasn't worried though. I knew from other reviews and people's testimonials on the pop-up forums…
