Took a slow boat from China and arrived with broken and missing parts.

Item arrived broken and parts appear to be missing. Two plates have broken small but important parts. Unfortunately, they're the pieces that make up the "hinge" for the top. Also from the pictures it looks like there needs to be some kind of rubber holding material to hold everything in place. I seem to miss her. What I have assembled, except for the lid, just falls apart when moved. I think I have a few pieces of acrylic that I can use for something else. Being from China it also took a month…

Excellent customer service. Great product for this money.

I gave 5 stars mainly for the excellent customer service. The item I am ordering originally came with the wrong mounting option. I ordered a hanger and the suction cup was sent. I contacted the seller and he fixed the problem immediately. The product came very quickly and the quality is excellent. The box has a protective film on both sides. They stick fairly well, but carefully using a blade to peel off the foil helped a lot. It took a few minutes to remove the entire film and it took less…

Does a pretty good job

This product does its job pretty well. When using both sides of a split box, the middle part of the divider is not very secure. When split, each side can comfortably handle fish up to 3.5 inches. This makes it difficult for the fish to turn and is strong enough to knock over the partition. Assembly is easy even without instructions, but it takes a long time to figure out the release liner. I found that starting the cut with a tiny knife and then gently peeling off the backing in one piece…
