To be clear I am only commenting on the Balight Swing Trainer Aid and not a jacket. I've been a coach for two months now. half the price of a more established brand, this is a well constructed item that does everything I was hoping for ie encourages hip and shoulder rotation. Helps me get through the winter.

This thing is gonna help you train. I build my stance and swing about 15-20 reps, increasing power each time, and when I'm done I feel a strong burn in the right areas to strengthen them to increase clubhead speed and accuracy raise. If you have any doubts about buying this, stop thinking and just buy it. You can thank me later.

I love this product. Every time I go to the training ground, I first do ten swings before I start practicing. The weight of this tool will force you to slow the rotation, putting you in a better position for a more precise swing. I feel like it made my swing stronger and I added about 10 yards to my shots. I had to reconsider which clubs I was using for certain distances because I was starting to overshoot my target.

I didn't like the product itself at all, the weight was different than the orange whip and the skls was much lighter than expected. I returned it immediately after opening it and only give 3 stars because the company quickly accepted the return and refunded my money. I have both the Orange Whip and one of those Balight golf swing training machines and I think the Balight is probably the best swing tempo training machine. I didn't weigh her, but the Orange Whip seems to weigh the same as Balait. difference in weight distribution. The orange whip has more weight at the end. EDIT: On the second day the handle started slipping off the fiberglass shaft. Dismantled before the head flew off. Now I can see the handle is molded with some sort of bushing inside to try and get the diameter closer to size. At least I can now reattach the handle with double sided tape instead of the minimal rubber glue that was there. If you're swinging it for speed exercises, check the grip!
