Fun challenge for seniors

Bought this for my elderly dad to play with me or alone. We're not playing with the rules of the banana gram, we're just working together to create a word grid. This simple game is test enough for him. I highly recommend this for a mental health issue for the elderly.

A highly recommended gift for Grandma!

I was looking for a good gift for my grandma and I found just the right thing! It's easy to play with and easy to see especially for the elderly! This is the perfect toy for every old man, my grandma loves it and she already asked me to buy one for her friend!

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • poorly thought out

The perfect learning tool for students

My students use them every day. I teach children from the ages of 3 to 14 and every age group loves them. It helps the youngest to recognize letters while older children practice visual words. In third grade they are already playing a real game. That's their reward if they've been good and we have extra time.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Some little things

Great game for a 95 year old man with macular degeneration.

My 95 year old father has macular degeneration and vision problems. It was difficult for me to find an activity that he could take part in with his family. These are big. Well done, the letter tiles are perfect! He likes to play! We play a few rounds every night after dinner. The fabric banana bag is also very cute.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Some errors

Fun and new way to play Scrabble

This game that is so easy to carry (just take a small banana container with you) will be a lot of fun if you have people who love Scrabble. It happens at a fast pace and people start screaming and moving their tiles fast while others use their tiles and PEEL! Each person plays on their own grid and you can change your own grid to get rid of your tiles. Have fun. No need to search for keywords etc - it's all about making your grid as fast as possible.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Alright

Everyone will love this game!

We've wanted bananaograms for a long time and decided to get them before a big family trip to the beach. I'm so glad we did! In the evenings we had great games with players aged 9 to 70+; everyone had a pretty fair shot. Large tiles take up a lot of table space, but they're really easier to see and easier to manipulate. Again, I think this is a huge benefit for players of all ages. Easy to learn, easy to play, easy to clean. This is a gold medal (well, yellow at least) family game.
