great choice

The occasional need for a drill that can work in tight spaces led me to review and compare compact angle drills. Mainly DeWalt, Bosch and Milwaukee. After studying the characteristics of each, I decided to buy a Milwaukee. The 12V battery platform reduces the footprint and weight of the battery compared to the 18V platform. A unique tool and not a substitute for a drill or screwdriver

I bought this tool for a specific reason and it works for that. Before you do a right angle exercise, make sure you NEED it. As a drill, it is less ergonomic as it is difficult to push straight down. Your hand tends to touch the cartridge, so wear thick gloves. As a screwdriver or nut, it can get into tight spots (which I needed). If you don't have a right angle drill buy this drill

Had been hesitant to buy this for a long time read all the reviews and understand the complaints about the directional switch ergonomics I found it fairly easy to get used to , and it works pretty well but can get in the way for some jobs. I also get complaints about the length but it makes it flimsy, I was considering getting a Ryobi too but it's huge in comparison and the battery is a monster, on this one with a smaller M12 1.5 or 2 .0 battery, it is quite compact a bit long.
