Great Way to Keep Electronics Safe

After trying this product, I am so impressed with how it holds my television securely. The full motion feature is fantastic allowing me to adjust the TV's position with ease .The built-in warranty is also a huge plus, ensuring my investment is protected. The only downside i found is that it requires a bit of patience to install properly, but the end result is well worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and safe way to mount their TV..

Refurbished purchase

This may not be fair as the item has been used and should have been working properly. Pros: -Installation was pretty easy. -All degrees of freedom work as specified. - Except for the shock absorber, the rigidity of all joints is stable. Cons: - Manual controls could be better. - The adjustment range of the damper is very limited. Also, the impact isn't strong enough to hold my 27lb TV (assuming it holds up to 44lbs). I tightened the shock absorber as much as possible. This can only be an issue…
