blown out. The best of fish and aquatic animals

I don't know what the problem is. But I bought this for my CO2 and it woke me up. I thought I did something wrong so I replaced the handset but woke up with the same problem this morning. Aggravating.

Pros
  • Handy article
Cons
  • I don't remember

Strong, durable, no leaks

We have had no problems using this CO2 tube in our aquarium. It can be a bit stiff when adjusting or connecting the hose ends, but soaking in warm water will help loosen it up a bit.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Weight

As described in Aquarium Pumps and Filters

Nothing to say. The hose is used in a pressurized CO2 system for my planted aquarium and works perfectly. The clear tube fits my overall decor much better than the typical black CO2 tube. I've been using it for about a month, no problems with leaks yet.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Some problems

Mandatory for CO2 line

Very good quality for CO2 use, do yourself a favor and don't use regular air hoses. It is durable and designed for CO2 use, and its material is different from that of aviation bubble stone tubing. The airstone tube is easy to remove but this tube works great and to attach it to the diffusers just dip it in hot water for about a minute and it works very easily. Will definitely be ordering all my CO2 tubes from this company

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Great CO2 cord under $1/ft

Good quality CO2 cord, not too hard. yes you need it A regular silicone air hose won't work long term for a pressurized CO2 system (maybe yeast, but I've never tried). You need a tube that takes about 30psi to push CO2 through a ceramic diffuser. That's why you need that much stiffer and narrower hose. It's recommended to cut at a right angle with a razor and dip the end in boiling hot water for about 30 seconds before placing it on the barb. It's quite hard and may break the glass diffuser tip

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High price
