Heater Sports - Extremely poor product quality and incompetent management and customer service.

Heater manufacturers look like high quality pitching machines but the product and dealing with incompetent management is not worth the cost of a pitching machine. I bought a Deuce 75. It is easy to assemble but from the first day of use the machine did not work properly. I contacted Heater Sports, spoke to Cole and his solution to the faulty feed was to lay me on the floor, disassemble the engine case and try to 'just fix' it. The motors were not overhauled, the heater provided by Cole was not…

The car is fine, but the company is difficult

This pitching car was good. 9 months in use with no problems. Fully recruited, he seems to produce a decent fast ball up to high school speeds even though our cage is 40 feet long. My son loves the car very much PACKING AND ASSEMBLY WAS HORRIBLE

We received the pitching car and opened a very damaged box. I didn't think about it too much because I figured it might have gone through a rough shipping process. Wish we could take a picture! It was REALLY messed up. As I continued to pull the contents out of the box, I noticed that several small bags containing small but necessary parts had been torn open and scattered all over the bottom of the torn box.
