We received the pitching car and opened a very damaged box. I didn't think about it too much because I figured it might have gone through a rough shipping process. Wish we could take a picture! It was REALLY messed up. As I continued to pull the contents out of the box, I noticed that several small bags containing small but necessary parts had been torn open and scattered all over the bottom of the torn box. We were missing more than 10 small parts needed to assemble the machine. I looked back at my Revain order to verify that the $800.00 feed machine I bought was used/used. I knew this wasn't the case but I was so confused! How could they ship their product like that? But the worst part of the build was the large component. It was completely dented and we had to use a hammer to use the machine. The dent prevented the assembly from being completed, but more importantly, until we repaired it with a rubber mallet, it wouldn't adjust. Due to packaging and assembly issues I would give this machine 1 star if any, which I have never done. And I order A LOT from Revain. However, the car itself is pretty good after 2 trips to Lowe and too much assembly time. My 13 year old son loves it. We bought the recommended balls and Heather's batting cage (it was difficult to put together but at least all the parts were there) and he really likes the whole system. His goal has already improved. He's struggled to hit really fast balls (for 12-13 year olds) and has recently encountered pitchers throwing 65, 70. We chose this device over a cheaper model because of the speed. Cost wise I was REALLY disappointed that they put the returned unit back in the box, picked everything up, missing parts and charged me 800.00. Not right at all.
