Two questions: 1. It just isn't very durable (see video), but that's to be expected.2. It is claimed that it can be used in the bathroom but if you read the questions and reviews you will see that the wood is not waterproof. It is also clearly visible when holding the shelves in your hands. Putting polyurethane on it is very easy, but manufacturers could do it just as easily.

I had high hopes for this little shelf but unfortunately it didn't come true. First off, the small screws used to attach the towel rail to the larger shelf are too small and won't hold. Second, the wood is very soft, which makes the screws unable to hold the towel rail. I ended up paying off that debt and am looking for something new, probably from IKEA. Lesson learned.

This product is disappointing. Although it holds quite a bit of food which I wanted to grab off the counter, it seems to tip over after being screwed to the wall - see side picture/view. Also, after you screw in the wooden planks, the brackets won't line up with the planks, so it looks crooked, but it really isn't! They cost $26, which is too much for me.

Don't waste your time and money! I ordered this for my bathroom and the towel rail wasn't big enough to fit on a large shelf as shown in the photos. I asked for a replacement and they sent me another kit with literally the same problem I originally complained about. Not to mention the exchange, also the screws were loosened which looked like they had been tampered with by the first person who ordered and sent it back probably for the same reasons. Order something else guys don't worry.

The product on the website looked fantastic. It looks great before you touch it upon arrival. The wood feels very cheap and smells strongly of chemicals. The woodcut for the smaller shelf was extremely crooked and too small for the frame. There were no pre-drilled holes. So be prepared to drill yourself. (Which isn't a problem for me, just a warning) I would have liked the frames not to be warped and the wood to be true to the size of the frame. And if only it were strong. It feels like the…
