Works, but doesn't fit after a few months

I've been using this keyboard protector ever since I got my MacBook back from getting its keyboard repaired. I didn't want dust to clog up the butterfly mechanism again. It initially fit perfectly, and stuck snugly to the keys. Unfortunately, a few months later, it has permanently expanded about 5 extra millimeters due to the laptop's heat; this might not sound like much, but it's enough for the cover to rumple while using the keyboard, and it no longer sits neatly inside the keywell. Hard to keep on keyboard

It was really light and thin (which in some aspects is a good thing) but the adhesion/fit was poor around the edges. I even tried the hair dryer trick to get it fit more snugly. I ended up getting glue dots to put between each of the keys and the protector, but then I could just feel and see those when using it. If there was strong adhesion around the entire edge, I might be able to give it a 5 star, but for now, I wasn't the biggest fan

  • I really like it! The colour is pretty and it sticks fairly well. Happy with it.

  • Still looking for cover that doesn’t block back led.

Does not align perfectly.

Very thin and feels nice, however it does not align perfectly with the 2020 macbook pro keyboard, so the lights do not shine through appropriately. The color and quality seems nice, but I wish it lined up better. The left and right arrow key covers are way too big for the keys.
