All in all a good choice!

Easy to install but the length of the wiring was not enough. Installed on the dash and tried to route the cables in the shortest possible route, but it turned out to be only 15 inches. I routed the cables and everything is fine!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great price for a simple meter set

Easily replaced the one I had that was filled with water. I make two comments. 1) The supplied cables must be at least 8 feet long. 2) You will need to include a plastic cable to bypass the wires so they don't get damaged under the golf cart.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Easy to install and works great

This battery gauge works great. Ease of installation. You'll see the meter drop into the charge zone as you drive, but when you stop it will show the actual charge on your batteries. Now my mom doesn't have to worry about being stuck because her batteries die.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Worked well on my pontoon boat

Used this on my Ray 48v motor pontoon boat to replace a cheap gauge that came with the boat that stopped working. The console had extra 2" holes so I could fit it snugly into the console, it looks great and works great, it's nice to know the charge level again when I'm at the lake.

Pros
  • Decent performance

Easy to install in sports

Easy to follow voltmeter instructions and installation! Wires pre-crimped on both ends accelerated and simplified the process. I read a review of this product on Revain that suggested placing the sensor under the seat next to the batteries, which I did. No need to drill a hole in the dashboard and figure out how to route the cables. Neither would be difficult, but all I have to do is lift the seat to see the sensor, easy.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Not what I expected. . .

To be honest, I don't know what I think of this sensor. So basically you have to drive the golf cart with the ground to know exactly how much charge is left in your batteries. As soon as I stop, the arrow jumps back to "F" or even slides into the white charged area on the right. If you come to a full stop and look at the sensor you will get incorrect readings which I think someone may be stranded on. I wasn't aware of this when ordering. I want a gauge that always shows the correct battery…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • old
