Terrible, do not buy best in household batteries, chargers and accessories

Would never buy this. It didn't even charge my batteries and I only had it for a day before getting rid of it. I even tried different plugins but still nothing. Cheap and doesn't work. I wish I hadn't made stars.

Doesn't work right away

I bought this charger to charge 20.0 as well as 207 batteries When I opened the box the green light came on saying it's on, but when you put the batteries in the green light it stays and doesn't change to red to indicate it's charging and not charging .

DOES IT CHARGE? for household batteries, chargers and accessories

Great and compact. But I don't know if I'm using it correctly. When I put the batteries in, it's already green. But I have to wiggle it and keep bumping it to make it red. I'm not sure if that's how it works. Once I turned all the lightbulbs red. And left it on for more than 8 hours. And is it still red? But the batteries are warm. Tried with new batteries. And is it the same? my defect?
