DOES IT CHARGE? for household batteries, chargers and accessories
Great and compact. But I don't know if I'm using it correctly. When I put the batteries in, it's already green. But I have to wiggle it and keep bumping it to make it red. I'm not sure if that's how it works. Once I turned all the lightbulbs red. And left it on for more than 8 hours. And is it still red? But the batteries are warm. Tried with new batteries. And is it the same? my defect?
