Decided to try it after holding a tall stick too close to my eye. Based on the visor, this thing is HOT. I have to take it off every time I come on the bench, which doesn't work very well in league play. It does fog up a bit, but spraying it with an all-purpose product before each ride will help keep it at bay.

This didn't fit our helmet which was 3 years old. I sent it to my son in college who plays hockey for his university. He understands hockey gear and there's no way he could put it on his helmet. When I got the helmet from him at school, the return date was already a day late and they didn't accept it as a return. Not very happy with the service I received with this issue.

I've had mine for a few years so it's holding up pretty well. However, it fogs up pretty badly until I run for a few seconds, but that means I'm blind on the ice for a few seconds. I was hit in the forehead last night and the plastic that actually attaches to the helmet broke off so now I have to find a replacement. He protected me well enough, but only for a good hit.

Excellent visor. With a bag I didn't recognize. So far it helps a lot and is easier to see. Tip: Before skating, apply some baby shampoo to the visor to prevent fogging and condensation. My only complaint is that it fits my helmet very snugly when closed and the buckles are pretty tight too. Take care of yourself by not sacrificing your vision on the ice and get a full visor with these cutouts.

I tried it but overall I'm not very satisfied. Visibility was good and there was some fogging but I just couldn't find a comfortable seat even though I bought a size Sr and my head isn't considered big (I wear a size L Bauer helmet). I found it didn't reach far enough over my face and under my chin. The "floating" chin strap was constantly around my mouth, which really annoyed me.
