It looks good and is fairly easy to assemble but it arrived damaged and has a strong smell. I contacted the company to ask if I could get a spare instead of replacing the whole house which would be unnecessarily wasteful. You never came back to me. I've been waiting for an answer for about 2 weeks. The Amazon product support link is broken and no phone number is listed. I found their site myself to try and contact someone.
