Leaks, whistles and sticking are DIFFICULT when the shaft bearing is being pushed out. The main security issue. Avoid.

Under vacuum or low boost this throttle body will whistle very loudly and the shaft seals will not leak well. At moderate or high boost pressure, the spring-side shaft bearing pushes up and hits the throttle plate, keeping the throttle plate wide open. The only way to stop the car is to turn off the key. This is a serious security issue. I will no longer buy BBK products. I'll try Holly's version. Their Dominator EFI ECU is similar to what I would build, maybe their Mustang throttle bodies too.
